Sprint +
Ladder Drills +
Cone – Hopping Drills +
Sprint +
Jog back to recover and your partner goes…
Continue for 10 minutes straight
Then:
Kettlebell Swings +
Ring Rows +
Rope Undulation and Slams +
Jumping Lunges +
Planks +
Kneeling to Stand +
Press-ups +
Crawls
45 seconds work and 15 second rest
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
