Mobility Work
Stationary Warm-up Drills
Movement Warm-up Drills
Then:
400m KB Up-Hill Farmers Walk +
20x Double KB Swings +
400m KB Down-Hill Farmers Walk +
20x Double KB Squats +
2mins Rest
Complete 3 rounds
Then:
5exercises x 5reps x 5rounds
Double Kettlebell Complex Work
Swings +
Cleans +
Rack Squats +
Jerks +
Snatch
Rest 1/2 minutes between each round
Then:
2×10 KB Swing Backward Overhead Throws
2×10 KB Swing Forward Throws
2×10 Press-ups + Bear Crawls
2×10 Straight Legged Deadlift + Burpees
Rest 1 minute between each set
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
