My take on it is this; its about the effort you have to put in in order to achieve something albeit fighting. A good friend of mine Luke Chaput had this analogy; what starts out as your goal fades as you get truly immersed in something. To the point where the journey becomes more important than the destination. (leave your comments below)

Then:

8x Hanging Wind Shield Wipers
3 round in total
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
