Dynamic Mobility Muscle Activation Warm-up
Then:
4 Rounds of maximum effort
1st – 20x Ring Dips + 15x Hanging Knees to Elbows + 10x Twisting Iranian Press-ups + 5x Arch Back Neutral Grip Chin-ups
2nd – 15x Ring Dips + 10x Hanging Knees to Elbows + 5x Twisting Iranian Press-ups + 20x Arch Back Neutral Grip Chin-ups
3rd – 10x Ring Dips + 5x Hanging Knees to Elbows + 20x Twisting Iranian Press-ups + 15x Arch Back Neutral Grip Chin-ups
4th – 5x Ring Dips + 20x Hanging Knees to Elbows + 15x Twisting Iranian Press-ups + 10x Arch Back Neutral Grip Chin-ups
Then:
Cool down
