Warm-up
Then:
10 mile Sprint Bike ride
Then:
15x Single Arm Ring Press-up (assisted) L&R +
15x Single Arm Ring Row +
30x Ring reverse Wood chops +
15x Ring Roll-outs
5 rounds
Then:
6x 60 seconds Single arm Snatch
Then:
Cool down
