Strength Training
Dynamic Mobility Warm-up
Then:
2×20 Squat
Then:
6×6 BB Heavy Back Squat with Resistance Bands
Rest 90secs between sets
Then:
6×6 BB Heavy Lunge +
6×10 Kneeling to Squat to Jump Squat
5 Sets
Then:
3x 30secs work/30secs rest Box Jumps
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
