Then:
40x KB Cleans (each arm) +
40x KB Suitcase Deadlift (each arm)+
90 seconds Burpees
4 rounds total
Then:
6x Single Arm Heavy KB Floor Press +
10x KB Pullovers +
90 seconds Mountain Climbers
4 rounds total
Then:
3×4 TGU 2 each side
3×20 Windmills 10 each side
3×10 KB Dragon Flag + Hold 30 seconds
Then:
Cool down
