Push-ups Diamond +
Push-up Wide Alternative
rest 1 minute

Then
3 rounds 15 reps
Band Pull Wide Posterior raise +
Bent over Rows +
Kneeling Lat Pulldowns
rest 1 minute

Then
3 rounds
2 minute Figure 8 + Around the world switch at 30 seconds +
10 each side x Bottoms up Biceps curl +
10 double handed Plyometrics Biceps curl +
10 each side x Bottoms up or regular KB Press +
5 each side x Wind Mills
