Drop Snatch +
OVH Squats
10reps rest when required with the BB on behind neck
Then:
Single KB OVH
5 on each side
12kg, 16kg, 20kg, 24kg, 28kg, 32kg, 32kg, 28kg, 24kg, 20kg, 16kg, 12kg
Minimal rest
Then:
Double KB Snatch +
Double KB OVH
10 reps and rest 15 seconds between each rep
Then:
5×3 Snatch Grip Deadlift
