Dynamic Warm-up
Then:
KB Swings
60 seconds x 12kg
60 seconds x 16kg
60 seconds x 24kg
60 seconds x 32kg
Then:

Underground Strength

Work up to Heavy Deadlift
Then:
5×5 Deadlift
5×5 Stiff Legged Deadlift
3×1 Deadlift
3×3 Stiff Legged Deadlift
Then:
10×10 Sprawl Burpees to Wide Grip Pull-ups
Then:
6x Heavy SandBag TGU (3 each side) +
60 seconds Rope Slams
3 sets in total
Then:
Cool down and SMR Rolling

This workout is dedicated to my grandma who passed away this morning. Her strength was true inspiration. Even in her 90s she tended to her farm and her cattle. Yet she had the tenderness of what one imagines in a grandma. Your physical presences will sorely be missed Naniji.
