Warm-up
Then:
6×10 Walking Over Head Lunges
Increase weight every 2 sets. Rest as required.
Then:
5×5 Zercher Squat with KBs hanging of blue resistance bands
Working on a 3 secsonds up-3 seconds hold-3 seconds down motion (HIT)
Rest 1-2 minutes between sets
Then:
3x Clean
5x Deep Front Squats
4 sets. Rest 1/2 minutes between sets
Then:
10kg Weighted Ring Dips +
10kg Weighted Chin-ups
Reps 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
Rest the length absolutely required
Then:
10x15m Sled Pulls (increase weight each set)
Rest as long as it takes to increase weight
Then:
Cool down
