Jump Squats
Extended Planks
Alternate Wide Side to Side Press-ups
Then:
5 minutes Burpees
Then:
Tabata Protocol:
Jumping Lunges
Dead Cockroaches
Pike Press-ups
Then:
5 minutes Sprinters Lunges
Then:
Tabata Protocol:
Bootstrappers
Side Planks (alternate sides)
Up downs
Then:
5 minute Suicides
Then:
Cool downs
