Goblet deck Squats
Rest 1 minute before repeating the above again. Complete 6 rounds in total.
Then:
1min Double KB Rack Hold +
1min Rest +
1min Dead Cockroaches +
1min Double Overhead Hold +
1min Rest +
1min Press-up Planks
1min Rest
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
