Dynamic Mobility Warm-up
Then:
TM 1: 1x Hill Sprint
TM 2-10: Press-ups at the base
Rest 2 minutes ( only when all the team members have completed the hill sprints
Complete 5 rounds
Then:
All out Sprints +
30 seconds recovery at the top +
5 Burpees +
Jog back to recover +
30 seconds rest
Repeat the above for 3 rounds
Then:
Bear Crawl 20 seconds +
Planks (Press-up Planks) 20 seconds
Repeat until the whole team gets to the top
Rounds Rest=walk down to the base
Then:
Reverse Bear Crawl 20 seconds +
Planks (Press-up Planks) 20 seconds
Repeat until the whole team gets to the top
Rounds Rest=walk down to the base
Then:
Crab Walk to the top +
Crab Walk to the base
Rest as and when
Then:
Light Jog – Cool down and Stretch
