Quadrant – Fire Hydrant Circles – inside & out +
Scorpions +
Alternate Groiners/Wide Mountain climbers +
Double Groiners +
Static Hip Flexor Stretch +
Pogo Jumps +
Hight Pogo Jumps +
Wide Outs +
Gate Swings +
Tuck Jumps +
Static Calf Stretch
Then:
10-15-20-15-10 reps of
Kettlebell Squats or Barbell Front Squat
Single Leg Deadlift
Single Leg Ring/Box Squat
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
