What is Meditation?
Mind without agitation is meditation.
Mind in the present moment is meditation.
Mind that has no hesitation, no anticipation is meditation.
Mind that has come back home, to the source, is meditation.
Mind that becomes “no mind” is meditation.
What is Meditation?
Dynamic Warm-up
Then:
5×5 Deadlift
5×1 Deadlift – Working up to max
Rest 60/90 seconds between sets
Then:
4×12 T-Bar Row
4×12 Jump Pull-ups
Then:
60 seconds Rope Undulation +
60 seconds Hammer Work
5 rounds
Then:
60 Double Whip Smash +
20x Dips
5 Rounds
Then:
30 minutes Jog/Row
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
