Barbell Hang Cleans 50% max+
Kettlebell Single Leg Steps ups +
Single Kettlebell or plate Side to Side Lunges +
Single Arm Kettlebell Stability Row (on Swissball) or a Renegade Row
As many rounds in 40 minutes
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
