Then:
5 Rounds of
6-8x Deadlifts @ 80% max
Rest max 2 minutes per round
Then:
5 rounds of
1-3x Deadlift @ 90% max
Rest max 3 minutes per round
Then:
3 rounds of
15x Handstand Push-ups
Then:
Cooldown and stretch out
