Then:

Military Press +
Push Press +
Jerks
Then:
2 rounds of
10x Double KB Squats +
10x Overhead Lunges
Then:
3 rounds of
20x Punch Drill +
10x Burpees +
10 meter Gorilla walk
Rest 60 seconds
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
