Mobility Warm-up and Sun-Salutation poses (yoga)
Then:
3 minutes Mountain climbers
1 minute Band Punches Left
1 minute Band Punches Right
1 minute Band Triceps Kick Backs Left
1 minute Band Triceps Kick Backs Right
3 minute Plank Hold
Complete 3 rounds NO Rest
Then:
Cool down and Stretch out
