Strength Phase

Dynamic Mobility Warm-up
Then:
2x Heavy Kettlebell Jerks x 10 sets x 6-8 reps
Then:
2x Heavy Kettbell Rack Squats x 5 sets x 10 reps
Then:
2×2 minutes Farmers Walk
Rest 1 minute in between sets
Then:
Cool down and Stretch

Conditioning Phase

Dynamic Warm-up
Then:
20x Kettlebells Swings +
20x Burpees +
20 meters Gorilla Walk +
20 meters Bear Walk +
3 minutes Skipping
Rest 2 minutes and repeat for 5 Rounds
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
