3×20 Body weight Squats
2×10 Body weight Jump Squat
2×20 Body weight Low Jumping Lunges
Then:
Deadlift work
2×10 at 35% max
2×5 at 50% max
3×3 at 75% max
3×1 at 85% max
Then:
10x Thick rope pull-ups +
5x KB Windmills
3 rounds
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
