Dynamic Warm-up
Then:
Team Work 10 Rounds of 30 seconds per exercise

Team A
KB Swings 16/12
RB Deadlifts
KB Squats
Rope Undulation
RB Shoulder Press
KB Get-up
Burpees

Team B
Abdominal Plank
Thrusters
Back Extension
Abdominal Plank
Thrusters
Back Extension
Bastards
Then rest 30 seconds and swap

Then:
10 minutes Ab Blasts: 10 exercises 10 reps = 100 reps
Crunches
Right side Oblique Crunches
Left side Oblique Crunches
Double crunch – knees bent
Pike-ups
Short Leg Lifts
Reverse Crunches
Ab Hip Rocks (Cobblers Position)
Bicycle crunches
Full Sit-ups

Circuit Training can break you down, but it will never stop you. Come back STRONGER and let it try to break you again.
