Kettbelell Metabolic Conditioning
Total Body Dynamic Mobility Warm-up
Then:
Team A:
20x Single Arm Bent-Over Row (10 on each side) +
10x Upright row +
10x Goblet Military Press +
10x Good Morning (hold in front position) +
20x Forward Lunge & Reach (10 each side)
10x Squat & Push Press
20x Single Leg Straight Leg Deadlift (10 each leg)
20x Swings
Team B:
Jump Rope Work +
High Knees +
Jumping Jacks
for the duration of time it takes Team A to complete their section then swap once completed.
Rest 60 seconds between circuits
Repeat 4/5 rounds of the Circuits
Then:
Cool down and Recover.
