Team B:
Jump Rope Work +
High Knees +
Jumping Jacks
for the duration of time it takes Team A to complete their section then swap once completed.
Rest 60 seconds between circuits
Repeat 4/5 rounds of the Circuits
Then:
Cool down and Recover.
