Renegade Rows +
Wide Outs +
Wall Balls +
Russian Twists +
Donkey Kicks +
Rope Undulation +
Squats +
Push-ups +
Jumping Lunges +
Sit-Outs +
Step-ups
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
