Intermediate Levels Kettlebell Complex
Dynamic Mobility Warm-up
Then:
Double Handed Swings +
Right Handed Swings +
Left Handed Swings +
Alternate Swings +
Right Handed High Pulls +
Left Handed High Pulls +
Right Windmills +
Left Windmills +
Goblet Overhead Press +
Goblet Overhead Squats +
Halos +
Goblet Rack Squats +
Good Mornings
30 seconds per exercise 90 seconds rest between each round. Complete 4 rounds in total.
Then:
Straight Leg Raises (KB locked up above the chest) +
Russian Twists +
Get-ups
60 seconds per exercise. 1 round.
Then:
Cool down and Stretch

Advanced Level Kettlebell Complex
Dynamic Mobility Warm-up
Then:
Double Handed Swings +
Left Handed Swings +
Left Handed High Pulls +
Left Handed Snatches +
Left Handed Windmills +
Left Handed Bent Press +
Left Handed Overhead Press +
Left Handed Overhead Squats +
Left Handed Single Leg Stiff Legged Deadlift +
Repeat all of the above on the right side
45 seconds per exercise 15 seconds rest between each exercise and 90seconds to 2 minutes rest between rounds. Complete 2 rounds.
Then:
Dragon Flags +
Kettlebell Circular Sit-up +
TGU right +
TGU left
60 seconds per exercise. 1 Round
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
