25 minutes is all it took

Using Tababta Protocol I created this circuit to get the job done. In the back ground I had Eminem – Lose yourself to keep me going – Look, if you had one shot, or one opportunity – To seize everything you ever wanted-One moment – Would you capture it or just let it slip?

Dynamic warm-up

Main work
20 seconds work 10 seconds rest 8 rounds (4 minutes)
Single arm KB Press Left +
Single arm KB Press Right +
Single arm KB Side Bends to High Pulls Left +
Single arm KB Side Bends to High Pulls Right +
Single leg KB Dead Lift to Row alternate between left to right +
Single KB Floor Get-up alternate left to right.
