20 seconds work 10 seconds rest 8 rounds (4 minutes)
Single arm KB Press Left +
Single arm KB Press Right +
Single arm KB Side Bends to High Pulls Left +
Single arm KB Side Bends to High Pulls Right +
Single leg KB Dead Lift to Row alternate between left to right +
Single KB Floor Get-up alternate left to right.
