Then:
Jump Rope for 3mins
60x Jump Squat
30x Press-ups
60x Crunches
30x Back Extensions
Shake yourself loose and the repeat as many times as possible in 20mins
Then:
3mins Rest
Then:  
16x Burps
8x Jackknives
16x Double Groiners
8x Grasshopper Press-ups (4 on each side)
Total time 9mins. Complete as many rounds as possible.
Then:
3mins Rest
Then:
12x Burps
6x Jackknives
12x Double Groiners
6x Grasshopper Press-ups (3 on each side)
Total time 6mins. Complete as many rounds as possible.
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
Jump Rope Workout, Bodyweight Workout, Best Bodyweight Workout,
