Wide Grip side to side Press-ups
Prisoner Squats (focus on speed)
Suspended Rows (use any suspension devise or better still do pull-ups)
Pike Press-ups
Wall Squats Hold
Superman (hold for a count of 10, rest for count of 5)
Press-up Plank
30 seconds per exercise quickly moving on to the next…
Followed by:
Rest 90seconds
Followed by:
Forward Jacks
High Knees
Jumping Jacks
60 seconds per exercise
Followed by:
Rest 90seconds
Complete as many rounds within the time frame chosen
Cool down and Stretch
