Dynamic Warm-up
RAWFIT Protocol 40seconds work 20seconds rest 6 rounds
Iranian Press-ups
Twisting Lunges
Burpees to Tuck Jumps
Alternate Pistol
High Knees
Perform all 6 exercises from above once for 40seconds rest 20seconds then moving onto the next exercise.
Cool down and Stretch down
