Then:

Rest 15 seconds in between sets
3×30 seconds Wall Squat Hold
Rest 15 seconds in between sets
3×60 seconds Low Lunges
Rest 15 seconds in between sets
3×30 seconds Burps
Rest 15 seconds in between sets
3×60 seconds Jumping Jacks
Rest 15 seconds in between sets
Then:
3×30 seconds Press-ups
Rest 15 seconds in between sets
3×30 seconds Diamond Press-ups
Rest 15 seconds in between sets
3×30 seconds Hop-outs/centipede
Rest 15 seconds in between sets
3×60 seconds Plank
Rest 15 seconds in between sets
3×60 seconds Crab turnover
Rest 15 seconds in between sets
Then:
Ab-tastic
2 rounds
1 minute Crunches
1 minute Reverse Crunches
1 minute Lying Leg Thrusters
1 minute V Sit-ups
1 minute Bicycle crunches
