Then:
Deck of Cards Workout Choice of 4 exercises. Repetition = the face value (2-10 are obvious, Jack/Queen/King = 10 and Ace = 11). Rest while the new card is being picked.
1st round 20 mintues
Spade = Iranian/Indian Twisting Press-ups or Corkscrew Press-up (or whatever name you can come up with)
Diamonds = Hindu Squats
Hearts = High Knees
Club = V-Situps
Joker = Instructor’s choice of exercise and repetition or time
Full rest 5 minutes after 1st round
2nd round 20 minutes
Spade = Hindu Press-ups
Diamond = Dragon Twisting Squats
Hearts = Thrusters/Burps
Club = Grasshopper Press-ups
Joker = Instructor’s choice of exercise and repetition or time
Then:
Cool down, Stretch out and Go Home
