5×3 Heavy Single Leg Dead-lift (work up to heavy, making the last 3 sets at 80-90% Max)
3×2 Sumo Dead-lifts at 80-90% Max
10m forward KB Bear Crawls +
10m backward KB Bear Crawls +
20x Renegade Rows
3 rounds
1x Failure Pull-ups
1x Failure Chin-ups
Cool down by a long walk and Foam Roller SMR work
