Then:
2×5 Wall Squat
2×10 Air Squat
2×5 KB/DB Goblet Squat
2×10 KB/DB Goblet Hold Walking Lunge
2×10 KB/DB OH Walking Lunge
2×5 KB/DB SOTS & OHS Combo
Then:
5 sets/rounds of:
10x BB OHS 30% 1rep max of your Front Squat +
10x Heavy KB Swing +
5x Box Jumps
Rest 1/2 minutes per set/round
Then:
Cool down and Stretch/SMR
