20x Pistols to Single straight legged Deadlift (10 on each leg) +
20x Step-up with Plyo single leg Jump (10 on each leg) +
20x Tyre Jump (through the middle then to the other side = 1)
3 rounds with Weighted Vest and 3 minutes rest between rounds
Then:
1x BB Single Arm Snatch to RTGU (1 rep each arm) +
3x KB Single Arm Snatch to RTGU plus Arm Bar (3 rep each arm)+
5x DB Bicep Curl to Shoulder Press
3 sets. Rest as required
Then:
3x Failure Pull-ups various grips
Then:
Cool down
