Day of Rest…
On rest day it is really important to let your body recover. Get a massage and do not think about training at all. This can sometimes inspire you as well if you are stuck in a rut with your training. Training can be a tough battle and living a disciplined lifestyle for most that follow the Rawfit way or your methodology. This is also a good day to catch up with family and chill.
