Single Arm 32kg KB Jerk 3 sets x 3 minutes (5 reps per minute)
Then:
TGU – Windmill – KB Overhead Hip flexor stretch – Extended Plank – Floor Shoulder Rotation & Stabilization – Hurdler Splits – TGU
3 sets x 5 reps per arm
Then:
Mobility and Self Myofacia Release (Tennis Ball or Foam Roller)
