YOGA — Breathing, Mobility and Suppleness training
I believe that Yoga is essential in our daily training and should really focus on our BREATH, our JOINTS and lengthening of our muscles – Suppleness. It is as important as being physically strong when lifting weights or being able to spar and wrestle with another human. Being able to move freely is really important to me. I want to be able to stay strong, supple and alive for a long time.
