Warm-up
Then:
2×20 Front Squats (Light)
3×15 Front Squats (50-60%max)
2×8 Front Squats (Max that you can clean)
Body weight Squats to fatigue
Then:
2×20 Floor Chest Press (Light)
3×15 Floor Chest Press (50-60%max)
2×6/8 Floor Chest Press (80%max)
Push-ups to fatigue (hands just below chest full range of motion ROM)
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
