“Fit people produce much more glycerol after a workout than someone who is not in as good of shape. Glycerol levels are an indicator of fat breakdown. Fit people burn much more fat after a brief workout than people who are not as fit (even when doing an identical workout).”

Dynamic Warm-ups
Followed by workout in the Park:
30secs Up-Downs +
30secs Sprints +
60secs Jog +
30secs Mountain Climbers +
30secs Sprints +
60secs Jog +
30secs 6 Point Burpees +
30secs Sprints +
60secs Jog +
30secs Bear Crawls +
30secs Sprints +
60secs Jog +
30secs High Knees +
30secs Sprints +
60secs Jog
Complete as many rounds as you can in your given time, 10, 15, 20, 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
Then:
Cool down and Self Myofacial Release (Foam Roller and Hockey Ball work a treat)
