High Intensity Interval Training

Morning Training Session
Warm-up
8 mile Road bike ride
Then:
15x Wall Handstand press-up +
15x Pull-up bar work
5 rounds
Then:
Cool down

Evening Training Session
Dynamic warm-up
Then:
Double Kettlebell Rack Squat +
Renegade Rows +
Double Kettlebell Jerks +
Overhead squat
60 seconds per exercise with 60 seconds rest total work for 45 minutes
Then:
5x Half Get-ups each side
2x 10 Get-ups
Then:
Yoga Cool down
