Dynamic Warm-up
Then:
50x Ball Slams +
10x Pull-ups +
50x Rope Whip Smashes +
10x L Chin-ups +
50x Burpees +
15m x KB Bear Crawls +
45m x KB Farmer Walks +
40x KB Steps-ups (20 each leg)
8 rounds in total
Then:
Cool down
This workout takes no prisoners. It is a cruel method of “cardio”. Seriously not for the faint hearted. This style of training does not only give you strength gains and fat loss, but it also builds CHARACTER.
