6x Straight Leg/Romanian Deadlift
6x Bent Over Row
6x High Pull Snatch Grip
6x Overhead Squat
6x Good Morning
Perform continuously 5 exercises x 6 reps per exercise = 30 reps in total and then rest 2 minutes between each round. Complete your desired number of rounds depending on your sports. The above workout inspired by Istvan Javorek.
