40kg Sandbag
Power Cleans 8-6-4-2
Front squat 8-6-4-2
Bentover Rows 8-6-4-2
Once you start your set you cannot put the bag down. Rest for a short while enough to give your relax your grip. This is a killer on your fingers.
Then:
Rope Curls 15-10-5
Rope Upright Row 15-10-5
Once again back to back. Take a short rest in between each set.
Then:
3×4 TGU (2 each side)
Then:
Cool down and Stretch out.
