50x Goblet Squats +
25x Quad Press+
60 seconds REST +
50x Cleans +
25x Bootstrappers +
60 seconds REST +
50x Snatch +
25x Low Jumping Lunges +
60 seconds REST +
50x Alternate Swings +
25x Dive Bombers or Hindu Push-ups +
60 seconds REST
Complete as many rounds in 40 minutes
Then:
3 minutes Dead-Cockroaches
Then:
Chill and Stretch
