Dynamic Warm-up
Then:
20 metres Kettlebell Bear Crawls +
20 metres Right arm Snatch with Walking Overhead Lunge +
20 metres Left arm Snatch with Walking Overhead Lunge
Rest 30/60seconds
Complete as many rounds in 30 minutes
Then:
Cool down and self myofascial release
