Triplet Block Kettlebell Conditioning Workout: is all about; power, explosiveness, flexibility and lung searing “cardio.” It’s not simply that it works a lot of muscles, and make no mistake that it does, it’s that it teaches you to generate power from the core outward to the object you’re attempting to manipulate. Instead of learning to move a weight from point A to point B, you learn to generate force from your body’s powerhouse: the hips, legs, back and core. Now lets do this.

10 minutes Dynamic Mobility Warm-up
5 minutes KB warm-up
Then:
10x Snatch (5 each side) or Snatch Pulls +
10x Burpees +
10x V-Sits up
10 minutes with minimal rest
Then:
3 minutes total rest
Then:
20x Goblet Squat Thrusters +
20x High Knees +
20x Dead cockroaches
10 minutes with minimal rest
Then:
3 minutes total rest
Then:
30x Swings release and catch +
30x Mountain climbers or Sprinters Lunges (15 each side) +
30x Hindu Push-ups (Down Dog to Cobra)
10 minutes with minimal rest
Then:
3 minutes total rest
Then:
Cool down
