Goblet OHD Press
30seconds per exercise. Rest 90seconds between each round.
Complete 3 rounds in total
Then:Kettlebell Fitness Leeds, Kettlebell Classes Leeds, Personal Trainer Leeds
Kettlebell and Bodyweight Work
45seconds x Double Handed Swings +
15seconds x Rest +
45seconds x Mountain Climbers +
15seconds x Rest +
45seconds x Goblet Squats +
15seconds x Rest +
45seconds x Burpees +
15seconds x Rest +
45seconds x Goblet OVH Press +
15seconds x Rest +
45seconds x Jumping Jacks
Rest 2 minutes including the last 15seconds from the round.
Complete 2 rounds
Then:
5 minute Ab Drills
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
