Figure 8s to Upper Cut Drill
3 rounds of 60 seconds per exercise rest 60 seconds
Then:
KB Overhead Squat left +
KB Overhead Squat right +
KB Jerks Left +
KB Jerks Right +
Backward Lunge and KB Pass +
Crush Press-up +
Get-ups
60 seconds per exercise with 60 seconds rest in between rounds for a total of 30 minutes
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
