Then:

Then:
Kettlebell Push Press (30 second per arm) +
Centipede
3 sets 60 seconds per exercise. No rest.
Then:
Rest 2 minutes
Then:
Kettlebell Burpees +
Body Weight 6 Point Burpees
3 sets 60 seconds per exercise. No rest.
Then:
Rest 2 minutes
Then:
Double Kettlebell Rack Hold +
Extended Planks
1 set 5 minute per exercise. No rest.
Then:
Rest 2 minutes
Then:
100x Dead Cockroaches
100x Downward Facing Dog to Cobra (Modified Divebomber/Hindu Pushups)
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
